[15:46] < Demonic_Gerbil> A lone figure in a brown poncho is walking down the darkened streets of Halmaron's waterfront district at night. The figure spins about, drawing his rifle, just as a robed figure appears behind him.
[15:46] < Demonic_Gerbil> The man is relieved when he sees the robed figure, "Oh, it's just you. I thought someone was foolish enough to try mugging me."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> The robed figure lets its hood fall back, revealing the head of a goat, "No Mr. Camala, I am not here to mug you. I am here to ask you why both of the tips you gave us turned out to be true, and also ambushes."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> The gunman stifles a laugh, "Ambushes? You were attacking the Adventurer's Guild, what did you expect to find? A bunch of children, campers with boomerangs, or animated foorwear? That place if filled with mercenaries of caliber close to mine. You should have expected stiff resistance."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> The robed figure points a hoofed hand at Oren, "Your attempt at humour did not have the effect you wanted. Master Brigado expects better results than what you have delivered for his Gil. When next we do business, you had best deliver as promised or you had best die."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> "I did deliver what I promised. Leon was in the Lounge, was he not? And the girl was in the room I specified, wasn't she? I think you had best not threaten those whose services you seek to acquire. It makes for a poor business practice, and I don't work for bullies."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> The robed figure starts to dissolve into green light, "Very well Mr. Camala. We will keep your name on file. I expect it to be many months before we make use of you again."
[15:47] < Demonic_Gerbil> Oren reholsters his rifle beneath his poncho, "That's fine by me. It seems we don't have a go- Well, he's already gone. At least I have a nice amount of clink in my pouch." Oren smirks as he walks off into the all embracing anonymity of the darkness.
